Some Logs

Here is a collection of Logs. I haven't spend much time on getting the best ones out, since that will take some time. But here are some I found anyway. I'll go thru the logs that I have and try to post em here when I find anything fun.

Christians Logs

• Paralysis dies and dies.... (961219)
  A nice little session where Paralysis died twice, and some others died aswell. Rook, Eluthiel and unnamed hobbit ate it aswell.. A real fun session which gave a quick 150k xp and 6 wps or so..
• The death of Mithnaur the Dragon... (Early 95?!)
  This is an old log I found with the first death of Mithnaur the Dragon.. I'm really sorry that not all of the story is there with all the work we put into finding Eoghha and then all the nice mudlle around the Dragon... It was mainly Ticar and Utgbald who searched around for clues, Ticar doing the actual field work and Utgbald trying to do the reasearch etc.. Was great fun thou.. This log is seen thru the eyes of Hordak..
• Moonglum get's in the way... (961217)
  Five pukes were around bend/ford, and just 2 trolls and 1 orc (not grouped) where there to play with them.. We rarely saw the orc, but we trolls did our best.. Which resulted in the death of Moonglum.
• Sandello enters warrens.. Alone... (961215)
  Well.. Sandello enters warrens alone.. No real idea why.. Then me and Badder chase him around some in warrens... After some nice fights he finally manages to leave to sodmat, but not very far.. A "nice" little story with a bunch of nasty surprises at the end..
• Nala rides the mandos express... (961215)
  A bunch of unorganized, ungrouped orcs and trolls are standing around bend when a group of 8 pukes or so is approaching from the west.. We hear the narrates but we dont have enough time to regroup. Luckily they weren't especially organized either so atleast Nala died.
• Kasi is saved from drowning... (961215)
  Just a nice little ford battle, but Kasi really did some effort in fleeing and trying to run away.. Didn't go as planned for him thou.. :)
• Windfara eats it south of ger... (961120)
  Just a plain kill.. Sandello and Windfara together south of ger towards ABR.. Sandello manages to get away, but Windfara got a one way ticket to mandos from me..
• Hassan gets nuked in hole... (961120)
  I cant belive how predictable some pukes are.. And stupid.. Oh well.. Curiosity killed the hobbit...
• Rogrog gets even.. Almost anyway... (961119)
  A nice night with some ford fighting a couple of RL hrs after my death.. Got some nice kills and 200k xp in about 5 mins.. Atleast I relevelled anyway.. But still, I kinda needed some new kills after my death to make me "happy" again.. :)
• Rogrog traps himself... (961119)
  Well.. There was a fight at Last Inn, and Kip got away on hurt/wounded so I decided to chase him... Got him to awful (24hp left he later said), but at Nen-in-Sul I decided to give up since it was late summer and not a nice month for a troll to be west. Had to hide westish..
• "The Skaane Weekend"
  This is the weekend that some guys came down to us and all of us down here in southern Sweden more or less gathered aswell. Here are 2 logs from that weekend, but I missed the big fight in warrens where "Skaane" kicked e.kth.se butt.. Hehehe, check the log on the VRAK homepage...
• Whities rule warrens and orc caves ... (961117)
  We formed a little whitie group and decide to XP some in warrens and orc caves. In this log are 2 nice "surprises" that we got as a bonus when XPing.. This night gave me a nice 700k and about 70 Pkills...
• Orcs rule some westish ... (961116)
  We gathered a orc group and raided westish some... Bree and Fornost died, but when we went for Shire we got our butts kicked, so we decided to go to Tharbad instead. This we did, and on the way back we encounter a big puke group.
  The most fun part is that they were SO damn slow and they were more than us, but they still got their butts kicked to mandos....
  
• Steele has some fun around bend.. I end it.. (961114)
  Well, Steele was running around bend beeing anoying, and I was just around the corner (read Evil Priest) with Bralg. So I decided to go and say hiya to him.. So little Steele get's held at hidden.
• A bunch of pukes die on a regular bend/ford fight... (961113)
  First Palin dies at bend, then Ween and someone else over at ford... A little bit later some pukes has arrived on our western flank, so we rush there and kick Entulerin, Dale and Windfara... 200k+ and 5 wps in 10 mins.. I had just logged on and went straight out and kicked.. Great fun.. :)
• Godai dies and Steele is lucky (961113)
  Well, Just your average traditional Bend fight, Godai dies, and I manage to bash Steel at the same time as he was held. On the next line actually.. :( Oh well, he'll die sooner or later.. (Usually sooner)
• Rogrogs day out... (961111)
  People asked for more logs, so I put all "named/famous" kills from today in here. A pretty good day. 400k and 9 wps during late spring. Almost both sundied and forded, but it hurts to be at the top. :)
  • Ajax dies, and I nearly sundie.
    Ajax dies at hidden, and a bunch of trolls nearly sundie when trying to do his shadow only seconds away from the big yellow face. Especially hard because of all the pukes running around there aswell.
    
  • Durambir dies.
    At the next "raid" Durambir dies, but I was 1 room away so I missed the final blow and the kill. :(
  • Mazza dies.
    Here I find Mazza some west of bend with Hurl and Tharken on his tail. Mazza end up exhausted and dies.
  • Mithlin dies.
    Mithlin bites it south east of Ger.
  • Zlam dies.
    We were 3 trolls and they were 5 pukes or around so we decided to retreat and get some reinforcements. Only Zlam died even thou most of the others was severely hurt.
  • Maddog dies.
    A few brave pukes enters bend and not all of them leave... I missed the actuall kill here aswell.. Second one today.. :(
  • Pav dies across the ford during late spring.
    This one was way cool. Belal froze the ford during spring and we charged onto it. There were more pukes than darkies there, but I bet they got a bigger surprise than they could handle since the fled instantly. Not all of them managed to get away thou.

  Xerxes also died while beeing exhausted at hidden clearing, but since I was no where near that kill I dont have it among these logs. I was running around at Ger at that time. A few low/mid levels and unknown ones is also edited out.

• Rentera get's wooped... (961028)
  Lots of pukes was around and they had kicked butt some, but some of they were a bit to brave when "baiting". Led to the death of rentera just before the "reinforcements" arrived... In 3 rounds aswell.. So not impossible to kill.. :)
• The death of Rogrog... (961015)
  Here is the log of my last death.. With some comments.. I was played stupid and was a bit to "brave" for my own good.. To bad I got soloed while exhausted.. But oh well..
• Gail goes down the drain... (961014)
  Groin enters bend at night when some trolls are bored.. He flees to ford then dies solo to me.. Nothing special thou...
• SuperDeathFlame is a bit to curious.. (960921)
  This is a "old" log I found, but it's pretty cool so I thought I'd post it here.. :)
  I had just logged on when I got a tell from Paha about pukes herassing trolls in warrens. Olog at steep was dead aswell so they pretty much had a free way in. Anyway, I decided to go there and check some out. Was a nasty fight, but very fun.
• Hassan eats it... (960911)
  Nothing fancy at all, just a plain bend kill by Rogrog and some other trolls.
• Balder gets it after a long hunt and a boring day (960910)
  This log contains most of that day, or the highlights, which weren't many anyway. Lots of boring wimpy pukes, some taunting etc.
• Urax bites the dust east of Rdell (960904)
  A pretty long log starting with the death of Ilbereth, Howwow (twice) and alot of running around chasing pukes inside Rdell zone. It all ended with a nice kill of Urax east of Rdell some. An excellent ending of a otherwise dull day.
• Kip, Hassan and Gear dies in Hidden Clearing (960828)
  Kip, Hassan, Gear and Enyoenne enters hidden. Only Enyoenne leaves. Dont they EVER learn?
• Kip dies in Rivendell zone. (960828)
  Found Grease at ford, then the pukes kept increasing in numbers, but Kip died to me due to the fact that the whities were almost as disorganized as us trolls. A total of 3 trolls vs. 4 or 5 pukes. Trolls 1 - Pukes 0. :)
• Bamse and FiaLotta dies in Hidden Clearing (960827)
  Some pukes were roaming around bend and ger close to day and they managed to get Tyc trapped in hidden clearing. Rogrog and Krall came and saved Tycs day. Great fun, Tyc was actually bad when Rogrog first engaged the fight. *cackle* But they died since they were too horny on killing Tyc.
• Utgbalds gets ambushed at BBT (950703)
  This is a fun old log where Utgbald and some friends got ambushed at BBT by a bunch of trolls. Some of us died, but all the trolls dies. Later on when we are trying to loot, they come again....An excellent ending of a otherwise dull Mume session.
• Utgbalds meets Mosa down on Greenway (950630)
  Had a nice chat with Mosa down on Greenway. Just a fun little log that shows that it's possible to remain friends even while trying to kill eachother.. :)
• Utgbalds and Co is to carefull.. But Wry dies.. (960311)
  We were pretty sure there were trolls down in narrow tunnel, so we brake all the exits down there and enter.. Nothing there thou, but on out way out we meet Wry and some friends in hidden clearing. Most got away thou.. :(
• Rogrog and some other trolls are "trapped" at Old wight.. (960308)
  From the beginning it was us "trapping" them, later on if became them trapping us. Dont really understand how they figured out that all of us were there. I died, but the darkies won overall.. :)
• RewII dies.... (960205)
  RewII states how he is ready to die. I round later he is dead. Pretty comical really, even thou I pity him..
• Stripper gets unlucky and dies.... (960215)
  Well.. Stripper gets low on everything after a not so succesfull Bree raid. Then Pablo happend to pass the room I'm resting in.. I died due to the fact that I was to defencive as you will see in this log. Oh well...
• Remo gets harmed.... (960223)
  Not a very exiting log, but the interesting fact is that I managed to harm Remo while engaged with him. Harm aint that bad anyway..
• Serricea dies after a LONG fight.... (960215)
  We heard that Serricea was alone down on ABR, so we posted som orcs at thornbushes and ran down towards him. Quite a battle and he managed very well. I just dont cant understand why he didn't get a trans..
• Utgbald raids warrens when drunk RL (941217)
  Fun log where a couple of the group members are drunk RL and some are just very tired. Alot of fun comments in this one, especially a few by Huor.
• Lots of pukes doing old Orc Caves. (941113)
  This is just a short story about a big group who just had done GC wandered southwards, then portalled to Abandoned Tower. In that room stood a poor little exhausted lowlevel PC orc, but he was 2.orc since there was a orc mob in the room. Look at this log and imagine the adrenalin he must have felt while beeing able to do nothing.

Other Peoples Logs

These are old logs I found on my HD I thought it would be fun to share, if I find anymore "golden oldies" I'll put them here aswell. There should be some more lying around anyway. I know I have a log of a group killing the White Worm, and I want to post that one here aswell, for nostalgic reasons since it isn't in the game anymore.

• Labero vs Bree.. (970131)
  Labero flees in the completely wrong direction a few times and ends up in Bree. It's amazing to see that he actually survived this long with a BN inside Bree with the gates closed.. And he ALMOST made it out aswell.. Check it out.
• Tergrim dies even thou Illegal does his best to help... (970121)
  Tergrim was in warrens during the night looking for someone to backstab. He backstabbed Illegal the night earlier at the bend so he got what he deserved, and gave Illegal 15 wps.
  Also note the time it takes before Illegal realises that he is using the wrong bindings when he's hunting. Trying to hit an elf instead of a hobbit. :)
• Illegal tracks down Tuor around Last Inn (970120)
  Illegal is out hunting around Last Inn with some trolls around... Poor Tuor ends up exhausted and... Well.. You figure it out.. :)
• Grawl gets Kip inside warrens... (970114)
  Well, pukes raided Cave last night, right after all ologs had rented. I was only olog around. So pukes got cocky and were running around cave separately. Kip and Elvira were waiting for me at Nexus. I attacked Elvira first and she fled. Then Kip was just sitting at Nexus alone so Kainak and I tried to make him flee into Caved-inn.......
• Zarc and co gets a bunch of pukes at GC... (970112)
  Zarc and some other trolls did GC and they decided to wait there some.. And it paid of bigtime.. A bunch of pukes die.. Read and enjoy..
• Steele dies in misties (961031)
  A group of Bns and some orcs are xping in misties when they meet Steele. A short fight, but the funniest part is in the end with Earnurs own comments..
• Gear ports to the wrong place (960923)
  Gear ports to OER just west of windswept where some orcs are standing. Not such a bright idea actually.
• The execution of Golfimbul the Orc (Late Aug 96)
  Haleth, Feor, Elegil and Amlach meets Golfimbul around evil priest. (All are friends RL.. Some friends eh?)
• Pickaxe and friends in a ford fight (941104)
  Amazing log where Pickaxe kills slayer for the first time.
• Radorac and friends in a ford fight (941105)
  Not as great as Pickaxes log, but still.
• Radorac is defending bree (941016)
  Lots of darkies raid bree, they doesn't succed, but lots of action anyway. Even Dana is around. :)
• Taran is alone in Rdell with tons of darkies (941111)
  Not much, but atleast something.
• Wicked and others are defending warrens (941005)
  A puke group enters warrens (Utgbald is among them:) and kicks some butt and gets some butts kicked. Trolls won this one I guess.
• Elessar at ford (Early 1995)
  Another fordfight, featuring Rudger, Huzdar and Elessar.
• Fnineteen and lots of darkies at OER/GW (Late 1995)
  We had been terrorising Bree surroundings for a few nights and we knew a huge whitie group was around (old locate life/scry). So, we were waiting at OER/GW for them to come, all shamans were targeting Huor. :)
• Fnineteen at another Bree raid (Mid 1995)
  Another Bree raid. We were sitting at Golden Cave for day because of Trolls with us and whities decided to come and try us out.
  (Comment by Dorien: Notice I'm leading with the old system, and the second I come into the room Slayer slashes me. I dont think he hit his kill 27.elf binding. *ponder*. Fled and ported a bit later thou.)
• Fnineteen and some others at Necromancer (1995?)
  Short but fierce fight at necro. Whities followed us there to whack out butts, they didn't know Slayer was there too thou. Another log started in mid-fight.
• Pukes enter warrens (Early 1995)
  Fnineteen and a few orcs were gathering at Caved In after getting beaten up by Sinder and Co at GER/Ford. Knowing Sinder we were quite sure they would try to raid Warrens, especially since there were no big trolls playing.
• Tons of Pukes and Darkies at Dark Tower (1995?)
  A log of one of the two infamous fights at Dark Tower. Whities knew we were there and we knew that the whities knew. So we were just waiting for them to come. I missed all the notable kills, but it was one helluva thrill anyway. Notice the lucky repop in the middle of the fight. Among those who died were Huor, Elegil, Haleth, Ithilien, Enyoenne and some more.
  (Comment by Dorien: This log doesn't make it very clear that the darkies actually got reinfocements after half the battle. The whities were winning, then Painless managed to portal in a bunch of trolls to aid in the battle. I might have some other log of this somewhere even if I weren't involved. If anyone is interested that is.)
• Radorac pushes Lady Luck. (941212)
  This is a tale about how you should now push Lady Luck to much. The first part was a success, the 2nd part a disaster. While in the castle west of the brush, killing reconnecting trolls, we heard the following narrates.....
• Darkies are trapped at Last Inn. (950427)
  (Comment by Dorien: Rad didn't write anything about this one, but I guess I can tell you about it since I led it. Lots of darkies were scouted at Dark Clump of Trees (or somewhere around there) and we guessed that they were heading for Bree. We gathered up a large group and stood at OER/GW but the darkies fled and left eastwards. We decided to portal after them, but we missportalled to just east of Last Inn. Even better than the original destination. All trolls died and some of the orcs, spamming close door wasn't going very good it seemed. I also like the comments in the end. Petrel managed to kill of a big bunch of legends and mid levels the day before. )
• Radorac has some fun at ford. (941129)
  This is a very amusing tale, although it could have gone very wrong! I had been wandering between Staers zone and the ford at Rdell for sometime. Everytime there were orcs about I was somewhere else. But this time when near the Maelstrom.....
• Radorac in a Trollbattle, Part 1 (941208)
  Well it seems the trolls were out in force, lead by such ologs as Wicked, Aucher, Traak etc. We had seen about 6 trolls the night before so with us having a couple of extra it looked good news. At nightfall off we went to the bend.
• Rudger in a Trollbattle, Part 2 (941208)
  This is the night after Radorac fled away on wounded, ie the night after the previous log.
• Steeltoe and some other orc at OER/GW (940707)
  Just read the "cast" of this log. On the Darkie side : Thangorodrim, Shrew, Steeltoe, Mithril and Uruloki. And the pukes had : RadoracII, Elle, Gorth, Jaz, Pickaxe and Howwow.
  Mind you, this is a old log and the PC looked alot like mobs back then, but they sure aint.
• Sandellos first real darkie encounter (Late 95)
  Well, Sandello, Gangee and some others whack some trolls in Golden Cave. Nothing real special except for the fact that it was Sandellos first "real" darkie fight.
• The execution of Golfimbul the Orc (Late Aug 96)
